How to Order

Last Order Date for Christmas 2009:

Please note that the last order date for deliveries for Christmas is 3pm Friday 18th December (despatched Monday 21st, delivery Tuesday 22nd/Wednesday 23rd).

Christmas Hampers 2009:

All of the items in the hampers now have a 'best before' date of 2010 so order your hampers early to ensure you get the hamper you want. Any hampers that have fruit cakes in them can have the fruit cakes exchanged for plum puddings during the festive season. Just send a message with your order if you would prefer the plum pudding option.

Products:

Our selection of hampers and gifts are shown in the categories on the right hand side of the page. Browse through our products to find a wide range of hampers available to buy instantly. The range of beautifully presented quality food hampers makes a superb gift for any occasion and is a great way to send a taste of Yorkshire to family and friends.

Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our products, click on the items you wish to buy and put them in your Shopping Basket.

Payment:

We accept credit and debit card payment. Payment details can be telephoned to 01765 698096. All credit and debit card details must be authorised before despatch of goods. Credit card payments are also accepted via Paypal. When making a payment click on the Paypal symbol and you will be redirected to the Paypal secure payment site where you will be able to pay by credit card. You do not need a Paypal account to use this facility.

If you prefer payment is also accepted through a Paypal account.

The goods will be despatched once payment has cleared in full.

Delivery:

Weekday delivery charges to most UK mainland destinations are included in the price quoted. Saturday deliveries carry an additional charge and are only available in some areas. The hampers and food products are currently for UK mainland delivery only.

Packaging:

All mail order hampers are securely packed in a postal carton for transport purposes.

Returns:

Our aim is to supply all goods in perfect condition. Consequently we do not exchange food or beverages.
