Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our products, click on the items you wish to buy and put them in your Shopping Basket - UK mainland delivery is included within the price. If you would like a gift label and message attaching to your hamper please specify this in the 'Special Requirements' box. If you would like the hamper delivered to an alternate address to the billing address please specify it in the 'Shipping Address' option, you will see this option as you process through the PayPal payment pages (you do not need a PayPal account to use this facility, credit cards are accepted too). On PayPals payment page there is also the facility to leave notes that would help the courier (i.e. if the recipient is not at home please leave parcel with neighbour etc) - next to each payment there is a small note icon enabling you to leave information such as this.
Payment:
We accept credit and debit card payment. Payment details can be telephoned to 01765 698096. All credit and debit card details must be authorised before despatch of goods. Credit card payments are also accepted via Paypal. When making a payment click on the Paypal symbol and you will be redirected to the Paypal secure payment site where you will be able to pay by credit card. You do not need a Paypal account to use this facility.
If you wish to pay by cheque, print the page, enclose your payment (made payable to Langton's Fine Foods) and address details and post to us at the following address:

Delivery:
Weekday delivery charges to most
Delivery Attempts: Delivery is via a signature on delivery service. If the recipient is out when our courier calls they will leave a card asking the recipient to make contact to arrange a second delivery attempt. Two weekday delivery attempts are included in the delivery charge. Subsequent delivery attempts and address re-directions after despatch are chargeable. If the recipient fails to make contact with the courier in good time, the goods will be automatically returned to Langton's Fine Foods and a charge will be made for the return and re-delivery of the goods to the original or alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing. At point of order the purchaser can leave 'if out" instructions to be attached to the goods e.g. If out please leave with neighbour . Langton's Fine Foods cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of goods where an 'if out" instruction has been issued by the purchaser. If the hamper is being sent as a gift, we would advise that you call the recipient to let them know to expect a delivery. Some customers find it helpful to send hampers to the recipient's work address.
Packaging:
All mail order hampers are securely packed in a postal carton for transport purposes.
Returns:
Our aim is to supply all goods in perfect condition. Consequently we do not exchange food or beverages.
